Kitty Boots grew up and was educated in England, studied at Birmingham University where she was awarded an honors degree in theatrical design. Her early design career was spent working for street style clothing label BOY of London. After relocating to New York she immersed herself in the fashion world presenting collections during fashion week at Bryant Park, under her own Label Kitty Boots.

From her fashion roots she turned her eye to styling and costume design. Her work has been seen on various celebrities including Debbie Harry, Gwen Stefani, Sharon Osbourne, Ted Allen, Carson Kressley and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Her fashion styling can be seen in various publications most recently Nylon Magazine.

She has also costume designed many films  including  Todd Stephens Gypsy 83 which premiered at the Gay and Lesbian film festival, other credits include  West 32nd directed by Michael Kang , Multiple Sarcasm starring Timothy Hutton and Mira Sorvino and most recently Musical Chairs directed by Susan Seidelman. Her television career has also flourished with Emmy winning “Queereye for the Straight Guy” which Kitty designed for 3 years, and styling 6 seasons of Celebrity Apprentice for NBC, other credits include Food Network, and The Revolution on ABC.

As a costume designer and stylist Kitty enjoys the adventure of creating unique looks being for a script or for real life!
